For countries without their own preset here. It uses the same limits as the US visa photo — square, 600 to 1200 pixels, JPEG, 240 KB or less — which fit the ICAO Doc 9303 baseline most passport photo rules roughly follow.
That makes it a reasonable starting point, not an authority: it hasn’t been checked against any specific country’s rules.
